Company History

Establishment and Background

As a subsidiary of Suzhou Chemicals CO., LTD., Suzhou Chemie HTFS Tech. CO., LTD. was established in 2005. The journey of this enterprise began in 1998 with the inception of SUZHOU CHEMICALS CO., LTD. and all founding team members are from previous managerial levels from Therminol China (Solutia).

Corporate Milestone

In 1998, Suzhou Chemicals CO., LTD. introduced globally renowned German high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluids to China, pioneering the application of hydrogenated terphenyl HTF in the polyester polymerization sector of the chemical fiber industry. With a strategic vision, the company became the exclusive agent for DIPHYL® series synthetic heat transfer fluids from Bayer, which later became Lanxess in 2014.

Industry Applications

The company's heat transfer fluids are utilized across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to solar photovoltaics, thermal power generation, lithium batteries, biodiesel, wind power, natural gas/LNG, and other emerging sectors. The applications also extend to traditional industries such as petrochemicals, chemical engineering, coal chemical, textile, and dyeing, among others. The company also partnered with Sinopec for 20 years regarding heat transfer fluid applications.

Expansion and Growth

In 2005, Suzhou Chemicals CO., LTD. invested in establishing the production base of Suzhou Chemie HTFS Tech. In 2014, the company became the exclusive agent for the environmentally friendly RUETASOLV series of high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluids from RÜTGERS Germany GmbH.

Industry Engagement

The company maintains strong communication with national inspection authorities, sharing the latest regulations and notifications related to heat transfer fluid applications. It also shares global application technology and experiences from Lanxess and RÜTGERS Group, and organizes regular seminars on the application and development of high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluids.

Product Development

By 2015, Suzhou Chemie HTFS Tech had successfully developed and manufactured its own brand "Eurotherm" heat transfer fluids, a comprehensive range of synthetic refrigerants/thermal fluids with application temperatures ranging from -115°C to 400°C.

Supply Chain and Logistics

Suzhou Chemie HTFS Tech maintains a substantial stock of over 2000 tons per month to ensure the supply of emergency demands. The company provides a full range of documents including VAT invoices, technical data, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and product inspection reports, along with training for boiler operators and relevant departments to ensure safe operations.

Technical Support and After-sales Service

Suzhou Chemie HTFS Tech offers a comprehensive range of technical support and after-sales services, including heat transfer fluid selection, economic assessments, heating system optimization, installation consultation, and on-site guidance. The company also provides regular technical exchanges, visits, and follow-ups, as well as annual free SGS oil sample testing and analysis reports. In addition, the company assists with accident analysis and processing, and supports the regeneration of synthetic heat transfer fluids. It collaborates with professional cleaning and waste oil recycling companies to provide additional services.
